The President's
Welcoming Remark
Greetings to all,
It is my pleasure and humbled honour, on behalf of the Consortium of Asia-Pacific Education University (CAPEU), to lead the Consortium as the President for the 2023/2025 session.
Since its inception in April 2013, CAPEU has provided valuable platforms and opportunities for its members to enhance, promote, engage and integrate international education networking and collaborations in addition to annual activities including conferences, seminars, publications, professional attachments and joint-community services.
In this 2023/2025 session, CAPEU shall resume its main objectives after enduring the short pause and changes of administration in the event of the Covid-19 Pandemic, which has kept the Consortium from continuing its efforts to improve the quality of education in the Asia-Pacific region as well as creating healthy competition with developed countries across the globe.
As such, I would like to welcome all universities and faculties of education in the Asia-Pacific region to join us in driving the Consortium to achieve its mission and inspiration to become the Centre of the World Education, Innovation and Enhancement.

The Consortium of Asia Pacific Education Universities (CAPEU) is a non-profit organization consists of higher education institutions in Asia Pacific countries committed to promote, engage, transform and integrate ideas, findings,
best practices, research, publication and community development with the focus on Education and Academia.
The benefits of this Consortium are :
Provide a platform for dialogue and networking with members;
Enhance opportunities to promote, engage and integrate international education;
Disseminating and hosting journal articles, books/e-book or any publication covering education issues
Professional Development Centre (programme accreditation, professional attachment, faculty exchange, joint-community services)
Showcasing best practices and niche areas of each member in Asia-Pacific countries on Education.
CAPEU greatly appreciates contributions and supports to the education activities and projects in the Asia-Pacific region by members. CAPEU is optimistic that positive networking among members will be able to shine in improving the quality of education in the Asia-Pacific region as well as to create healthy competition with developed countries in other continents. All of this requires continuous commitment, dedication and cooperation from all of us and therefore, let us work together as a successful global player.

Objectives
To establish a common network of cooperation between education institutions in Asia-Pacific and beyond that will provide a venue for discussion and exchange of relevant issues and problems as well as work out strategic actions and policy recommendations along current education reforms;
To advance education research, teaching and service capacity of member institutions by cultivating regional cooperation and liaison with other regional and international organizations espousing similar aspirations;
To promote information / knowledge dissemination and exchange through cross-national and international collaborative study and research among Education Universities;
Enrich the professional human resources of Education Universities in the region, including explorations of innovations and sharing of best practices in Education Universities;
As a leader of the Education Universities across the region including other continents in teaching and learning.
